Grant Application: The Part A grant application is a document that is submitted to the United States Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) with the intent of securing funding for HIV care and treatment.

Integrated Plan: This plan reflects diverse voices from California Department of Public Health and other state agencies, local health jurisdictions, community-based organizations, and people with lived experience. In this plan, you will find a picture of what we hope the HIV, HCV, and STI landscape in California will look like in five years and some ideas for how to create it.

Ending the Epidemics Integrated Statewide Strategic Plan

Annual Reports: These reports summarize the work and accomplishments achieved in the previous fiscal year. They include program level data on utilization, trends in care, barriers to care, and recipient barriers.

Needs Assessment: Every three years the HIV Planning Council conducts needs assessment of the people living with HIV/AIDS in the Sacramento region to help determine how to prioritize the funds available for services.
