Members of the HIV Health Services Planning Council are volunteers from the three counties that make up the Sacramento TGA (El Dorado, Placer, and Sacramento Counties). The Planning Council has created a Member Reimbursement policy to ensure that costs associated with participation on the Planning Council (such as travel, childcare, etc.) will not become a barrier to participation and advocacy. Also, the Planning Council has, in compliance with the Ryan White CARE Act, created a grievance policy for members and the general public should the need ever arise.

We are actively seeking people living with HIV and community members to fill vacancies:

  • Affected/Underserved Community Members
  • Healthcare providers, including Federally Qualified Health Centers
  • Hospital planning agencies or other healthcare planning agencies
  • Mental Health Providers
  • Non-Elected Community Leaders
  • Substance Abuse Providers

All meetings are now being held in person at 4600 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95820, 2nd Floor Community Room 2020. There is FREE parking on the lower level of the parking garage.
